At AnkaPort Saray, smart home equipment was planned as the apartment standard rather than an optional package. Homes will be handed over with Smart Home infrastructure that lets lighting, blinds, climate control and security systems be managed from one mobile application.
The system is designed to learn usage patterns within the apartment and balance energy consumption accordingly. Underfloor heating is positioned so that temperature can be set room by room; lighting and temperature scenarios can also be triggered while away from home.
On the security side, the video intercom, door sensors and site entrance control are connected to the same application. Everyday scenarios such as opening the door remotely for a guest or granting temporary access for a delivery are supported as well.
